There’s a place within me that remembers.
A knowing that I am more than just this body, this name, this life.
And yet—I am here, fully human.
Feeling, falling, rising again.
I walk between worlds.
One where I feel deeply connected to something vast and sacred,
and another where the everyday can feel heavy, slow, or distant.
It’s a dance between loneliness and richness,
between longing and belonging.
This path has taught me that it’s okay to hold contradictions.
To be light and shadow.
To feel joy and ache at the same time.
To be wildly aware of the beauty of existence,
and still crave the comfort of being seen, truly seen.
If you’ve ever felt this too—like you are made of stardust and earth,
like you remember something ancient but can’t quite name it—
then you are not alone.
I’ve created this space for us.
A place to remember who we are beneath the noise.
To reconnect with the intelligence of the body,
to listen to the quiet truth of the heart,
to feel safe in all that we are—light, shadow, and everything in between.
“If something here stirred something in you, trust that.”
“You’re welcome to reach out, rest here, or return whenever you need.”
